Taco Bar
The event will start with a display of homemade chips and salsa made at our local restaurant. The display will offer fresh, crisp tortillas chips and a selection of salsas including our Salsa Roja, Salsa de Crema, and Salsa Verde.
The main presentation will be the taco display. Here is where you will find a selection of warm, soft flour tortillas and crispy corn tortilla shells. You will have a choice of both ground beef and shredded chicken.
The condiment display will offer a variety of shredded cheeses, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, and sliced jalapeño peppers. Of course, any Mexican meal would not be complete without the addition of Mexican rice and refried beans.
The casserole station will consist of one of the following:
Enchilada Suiza Casserole – A Mexican lasagna with layers of flour tortilla, shredded chicken, our famous Salsa de Crema, and melted cheeses.
The dessert display will offer our homemade Buñuelos! These are crispy flour tortilla cookies, sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. A perfect treat to end your fiesta!
