 Over 36 years ago, Papa and Mamma Zajur came from Mexico to the United States, bringing with them the warmth and of their homeland and a love for the family's traditional recipes. Later, they  opened a small restaurant, appropriately naming it "La Siesta" after the Mexican custom of spending the mid-day break in the company of one's friends and family. As the restaurant grew, the Zajurs' popularity increased, yet they never sacrificed their dedication to prepare food in the  old fashioned
